C H A I N S is micro retailing for the upper class market with the sole purpose of creating a unique specialty store that would become synonymous with fashionable, gracious living.

In this concept, our micro retail stores are selected based on each store’s merchandise mix highlighting on style, selection and quality, visual displays and how they would appeal to the upscale catchment market. Our stores are also encouraged to carry their own brands.

With a strong desire to create excellent customer service, customer relationships and customer loyalty, our line of micro retail stores offer a great place to shop in a more open and relaxed atmosphere, with 33 micro retail outlets strategically located throughout the entire 400 sqm. area of occupied space at the Upper Ground Floor of the Main Mall, Banilad Town Center.

The shopping experience at C H A I N S features a large assortment of apparel, shoes/bags, accessories, lingerie, cosmetics and jewelry for men, women, teens and special sizes.

Our selection features name brands, our own exclusive collections, as well as custom orders.

Along side fashion, we also carry electronics, telecommunications, car vanities, decorative home furnishings, party favors, specialty gift items, native handicrafts, services (gift wrapping) and educational activities (scrapbook making, among others.)


ABOUT US

C H A I N S is owned and managed by Cebu Link Management Inc., a corporation composed of three dynamic individuals, each an expert in his/her own field of endeavor.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Joseph Kimseng
• established businessman and entrepreneur

Mr. Kimseng has been in the retail business for over 4 years, owns three retail outlets and has organized bazaars for Cebu International School and Paref Southcrest, both upscale academic institutions in Cebu.

Claire Acebu
• lease and property consultant

She has over 20 years of experience in mall administration, systems and procedures, marketing/leasing of retail spaces for major players in the commercial centers industry particularly in metro manila, property management, and project feasibility studies.

Philip Khan Lim
• architect and contractor

Architect Lim is one of our homegrown talents. He has designed and constructed various residential and commercial projects, including several retail shops and micro retailing outlets in Ayala and SM malls, both local and national
